Hello dear OpenVMS user!
To compile unrar freeware product you should have to Compaq C++ compiler installed (tested with version 6.5).
Please type:

$BUILD

compilation should be error-free.

Output file unrar.exe may be used to unpack any rar archives.

Multipart archive names may be in file^.part1.rar or file.part1-rar format.
