MD5, Utilities, RSA Data Security MD5 message-digest algorithm

MD5 is a tool used to verify file downloads and for checking for file
integrity in the event of accidental or intentional file modifications.

Note that the MD5 source code exposes a known restriction within the 
OpenVMS VAX VCG C compiler code generator (used by VAX C and DEC C on 
OpenVMS VAX), and DEC C compilation requires that the disjoint code 
optimization be disabled.  See the DEC C V6.2 release notes for details.
