libxml2, PROGRAMMING, XML programming library and tools

This contains images, objects and tools, as well as source code and a
full OpenVMS build procedure, for libxml2 version 2.6.24.  

The zip archives contain BACKUP savesets, and these savesets are
intended to protect the ODS-5 names required by various parts of
libxml2.

This package requires extended parsing and an ODS-5 (EFS) disk.

Restore the saveset into a directory tree, then look in the [.VMS]
subdirectory.  The main from-source build is BUILD_LIBXML.COM.
