List of changes in V1.2

BUGS:

XPORT fails to keep high-water mark in data structure allocations.
If a $OVERLAY is not "closed" by a $CONTINUE, $FIELD_SET_SIZE does not 
give correct value.  Now fixed; $FIELD_SET_SIZE and _UNITS always give 
correct value.

$SHOW now works with multiple arguments.  Formerly it only used the first.

$STRING(n) no longer defines a null field for fields not exceeding a 
BLISS value.

Temporary strings now freed by XPO$DUMP_FIELD.

Append to XPORT temporary string is now invalid.

TOPS-20 XPO$V_WILD_CARD now includes XPO$V_WILD_ATTR


ENHANCEMENTS:

Random I/O for VMS with performance speedup.

Use of SYS$FILESCAN to parse VMS filenames.

$SHOW(VERSION)

$XPO_SYS_TEST now displays version identifiers. (internal)

TOPS-20 and TOPS-10 FUNCT. support
