CRINOID, Software, Perl CGI server for OSU HTTPd

CRINOID provides fast execution of Perl CGI scripts for use with
the OSU HTTP server.  Requests for CGIs are passed to multiple
persistent processes, where Perl modules can be preloaded and scripts
