- Update ac$disk:[kronos] with all sources, docs, etc.

- Rebuild all executables (both VAX and ALPHA with 15 min and 1 hour intervals).

- Install on Merlin.

- Update the Kronos.doc with the correct version and date.  Update Appendix E
  with changes.

- Verify that Kron reflects the current version number.

- Update the MERLIB and FPP Zips (if necessary).

- Create a new calendar file (if a new year).

- Build the ZIP file by executing BUILD_ZIP.COM.

- Copy the zip file to [sources.kronos].

- Put new zip file on web server.

- Announce new version on comp.os.vms
