This submission is a little OpenVMS utility which displays some information
about the current (or specified) date.

The information consists of:
 - Day of the week
 - Absolute date
 - Julian day
 - Weeknumber

With some minor modifications, the source can be modified to create
a objectfile which can be used by other applications which need (parts of)
this information.
