NetShade is a utility which will provide transparent point-to-point
encryption for TCP/IP.  Under Windows, NetShade works by replacing
the "winsock.dll" and "wsock32.dll" winsock stacks.  In this way, any 
application which normally uses the standard TCP/IP mechanism will instead
use the new secure TCP/IP. 
NetShade uses RSA public key cryptosystem to exchange session keys, which
are then used to encrypt the network traffic using either DES, Triple-DES, 
or a high-speed scrambler called NightShade.
