Prebuilt perl binaries

This page has a set of links to prebuilt binaries for a variety of perl
versions. No warranty of any sort is made on any of these--I can't
guarantee that anything I haven't built myself is OK, though the binaries
here should be fine. If you're feeling cautious, that's OK--doing the perl
build's not that tough.
