   A fresh (and, as always, minimally tested) version of Wget for VMS is
available at:

      ftp://ftp.antinode.org/wget/vms_notes.txt
      ftp://ftp.antinode.org/wget/wget-1_5_3c_vms.zip

   As explained in the "release" (escape?) notes, this one may be able
to cope with a VMS FTP server, and may do a better job with the file
times.

   If you already had it, you could use it to down-load it again.  After
you get it, you could probably use it to down-load everything I have,
and if I catch anyone trying it, I'll be disappointed.  I've already
tested it with my system, so to maximize fault coverage, conscientious
users will abuse a server of a different type.
