If you reverse the order of the entries it looks like it's doing an install but doesn't really. A directory gets created, and a link of some sort (what is that?) but no acrobat.jar. If you have 1.16 change "118" to "116" in the above. Better though to forget about this bloated pig of a program and use XPDF instead. Martin Zinser just emailed me that he's putting a new version up on http://www.decus.de:8080/www/vms/sw/xpdf.htmlx later today. The current version is 0.9 and it works very well using a reasonable amount of memory.
