                       Note : Software packaged prior to 15-Jun-1999 will not unpack the binaries
                       properly (i.e. incorrect VMS file attributes). If you need them, send me a note
                       and I will repackage it.

                          * FAVOID : The Fragmentation Avoider program written by Glenn Everhart. This
                            is a re-distribution of the software.
                          * TOPD : The Topdrawer/TDU plotting utility. Distributed on request.
                          * TAPEUTILS : already distributed to individuals before, finally packed and
                            distributed here.

                       Updated

                          * DCC Version 2.5C . Main addition is -zgpr option and a better parsingof
                            macros.
                          * DELTREE V01-70x (from V01-700). Added /VERSION, /DETACH /PRIORITY and
                            /PRIVILEGES to detach deltree command.
                          * TEXT2C V01-105 : No new features but slight change in pattern declaration
                            for "-p" support.
                          * CHTEXT V1.5 . Added 8bit character Up/Lowercase support. Added -c option to
                            remove undesirable 8bit characters.
                          * LOOP V02.170: added /QUIT. GCC support : Only compilation with GCC 2.8.0 AXP
                            has been tested (and supported).
                          * D2HTML : Version V01.100 implements new qualifiers and support for GCC 2.8.0
                            AXP.
