Ok, I'm willing to try an experiment. I've set my system up to allow
anyone to connect to my FTP server via DECnet (if you have DECnet-plus
and have enabled DECnet-over-IP).

$ DIR MVB.SAIC.COM::[DECUS]
  or
$ DIR IP$139.121.16.104::[DECUS]

will get you to the top-level directory of the public archives.

Note that this is being offered as a public service and, if it is
abused, I will have to pull it.

Feedback welcome.
