I routinely access a Windows Terminal Server via vanilla X-window connections on OpenVMS by means of Citrix Metaframe and NCD's WinCenter/Unix Integration Services. It is proving to be quite an improvement over the old NCD WinCenter (Multi-user NT v3.51), which tended to hose my DECwindows session. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the full complement of UIS features since there are no OpenVMS or DIGITAL Unix versions of the Unix-side code, but I do at least have copy and paste capability between X and NT sessions. Very nice solution, albeit a somewhat pricey one by the time you add all the extra products up (not to mention having to have an extra server box). Too bad SoftWindows for OpenVMS fell by the wayside... Info at http://www.citrix.com and http://www.ncd.com/pwin/pwin.html Glen Mark Martin ACITS NT/OpenVMS Services University of Texas at Austin
