Unfortunatly, it is NOT commented out on my system. I suspect I did something
wrong playing with menu options once. I distinctly remember seing a dialog
with something about compose sequences , and I can't find that dialog anymore.

I'll have to check all the files in the sys$login that are decwindows related
to see if there is anything about the keyboard which might supercede the
MWM_RC.DAT file.
