WASD VMS Hypertext Services Package

Thanks to Jeremy Begg of VSM Software Services Pty Ltd for his generous
support in providing the ftp.vsm.com.au service, and indirectly to Simon
Hackett of Internode Systems Pty Ltd which provides Internet services for
VSM.

    If the host is not www.vsm.com.au or ftp.vsm.com.au then you are using a mirror site. If problems
    are experienced downloading large archives over slowish links via http://www.vsm.com.au/wasd/, or
    you know your link is usually fairly slow, it is recommended to use FTP via   ftp.vsm.com.au, or a
    mirror site more local to your area (remembering these are sometimes up to 24 hours behind the
    primary site). The www.vsm.com.au HTTP server is set with a sixty minute timeout on connections!

    All the archives are checked to successfully unzip using "UnZip
