Sure. There's a minor change you need to make to Libnet to get it to build
on VMS.

First, blow away the build directory and re-extract.
Next, edit Makefile.PL. In there you'll find line 66 looks something like:
	system($^X, 'Configure');
change it to be:
	system("MCR $^X Configure");

At this point, you're set to do the standard perl makefile.pl/MMK/MMK
TEST/MMK INSTALL steps.
