SW1-4 set the memory base address: On Off On On D000-DFFF (default) On On On On C000-CFFF Off On On On E000-EFFF On On Off On C800-CFFF On Off Off Off D800-DFFF Off On Off Off E800-EFFF SW5 sets the I/O address range, On = 300-30F (default), Off = 200-20F SW6 is remote boot, set Off unless you want a delay every time you boot. SW7 is remote boot timeout, default is Off (30 seconds) SW8-12 set the IRQ (only 1 should be on): SW8 = IRQ5 (default) SW9 = IRQ9 SW10 = IRQ10 SW11 = IRQ11 SW12 = IRQ15 The odd-shaped blue plug sets thin-net or thick-net. If you're using Win311 or '95 you'll probably need the boot EPROM, as the driver can't initialise the card properly without. Under NT the machine boots much quicker with no EPROM. The biggest problem we found with these boards over the years is that they are always on top engineering tolerance for size, so they are a very tight fit and tend to work themselves loose in the PC slot over time. -- Dave Pickles
