           BOCHS X86 PC EMULATION SOFTWARE LICENSE


This software ('BOCHS') is Copyright 1994-1999
by Kevin P. Lawton.

Thank you for acquiring a copy of BOCHS.  I hope you enjoy it!

BOCHS is commercial software.  It can be used only under the
terms of this license agreement.

You may ONLY compile and use BOCHS using the source provided in
the standard BOCHS distribution, and for the use it was intended.
Using BOCHS in any other manner, such as in combination with
another party's software requires special licensing agreements
with the author.

According with the terms of this license, you may obtain,
compile, install, and run BOCHS for up to 30 contiguous calendar
days in order to test and evaluate the software.  At the end of
this period, you must either remove BOCHS from your systems or
register your copies.  You are allowed such an evaluation
period once for any version of BOCHS, and no more than
2 versions may be 'evaluated' in any calendar year.

The general registration fee for BOCHS is $25 per workstation,
PC, or X-terminal, and should be paid by check in U.S. funds to:

Site licenses are available for those who wish to run BOCHS on
a large number of machines.  Contact the author for more details.

YOU SEND TO ME CAN BE INCORPORATED INTO THE BOCHS DISTRIBUTION
AND DERIVATIVE WORKS WITHOUT FEE OR ROYALTY.
