Removing the Quicken Password

There are folks out there that live for encryption and decryption, and these are the folks that routinely make life harder for those of you that unknowingly rely on weak encryption techniques from the various software vendors. In today's world, you simply can not rely the on built-in protection schemes of any given software package.
