This is an update to the beta 19 release.  To install it:

1) ftp new-cygwinb19.dll.gz in binary mode.
2) gunzip new-cygwinb19.dll.gz
3) quit all Cygwin32 programs
4) in Explorer, locate the old cygwinb19.dll and move it out of the way
	(i.e. rename it to cygwinb19old.dll)
5) still in Explorer, move the new new-cygwinb19.dll file to the location
	where the old one was installed and rename it to cygwinb19.dll

And you should be done!

If the installation was successful, you should be able to run "uname -a"
and see "19.1" in the output.

This update fixes a number of serious problems in the beta 19 release.
Windows 95 stability is much improved (I am able to completely rebuild
the compiler tools now).  Some problems with the network calls are also
fixed by this release.

Sources for this release are located in this directory and will expand
into the "winsup" directory.  The file is winsup-b19.1.tar.gz.
