Now, the pysical print engine in the 1152 seems to identical to the on used in the laserjetIIp, and
IMHO made by canon. So if this is the problem you're having, anyon who knows to fix a IIp
should also be able to fix the 1152.
Don't know about the electronics, though.

However, mine in the office did a wuite good job, and my private one as well....
...quite sturdy little beast.
