Their web site is http://www.i-s-e.com and they have a flashing advert saying "Upgrade Polycenter Scheduler to Schedule for FREE". Bound to be a catch, but I am running a cluster using this product and it works OK. I'm on VMS 5.5-2H4 but thats my problem :-) I think the new version has all the Motif displays as per Scheduler.
