Im the Systemmanager of 17 DEC 8400 5/440 Turbo Lasers connected to 3 Clusters with
togeter 60 HSJ40 Controlers. The Problem was to find out that something happened,
like a reduced Raid Array or a failed Writeback Cache Battery. Our Site runs a
financia application and must be up 365 Days, for 24 hours !

I worte Programs by using PTD (Pseudo Terminal Driver) to check all my HSJ and HSZ
Controllers. The Software (called HSXUTIL) works standalone or in Conjunction with
RoboMon.

HSXUTIL is very well testet at our and some other sites. If someone is intereseted
