did you call
NdisAdjustBufferLength() and
NDIS_SET_PACKET_HEADER_SIZE()??

I will schedul the echo reply process rather than calling NdisSendPackets()
within
ProtocolReceive routine.

Try to use softice or windbg instead of relying on the info from the blue
screen.
