One of our people picked this up somewhere: First, try just pressing the "Enter"/"Return" key at the password prompt as see if that allows you in. If not, then continue on... Changing Content Advisor Password (WIN95 IE on PC): 1) Close Internet Explorer 2) Click Start Button 3) Click Run Button 4) Type "regedit" (without the quotes!) 5) Click OK 6) Double-Click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE 7) Double-Click on SOFTWARE 8) Double-Click on Microsoft 9) Double-Click on Windows 10) Double-Click on CurrentVersion 11) Double-Click on Policies 12) Double-Click on Ratings (There probably will be two items: a "Default" Key AND a "Key" Key). 13) Highlight the "Key" Key and Delete it. 14) Close the Registry Editor by clicking the "X" in the right-corner of its window. This will reset the Content Advisor Supervisor Password to its original settings for adding a brand new Password to this area. --The next time you open the Interenet Explorer and go back to the Content Advisor(MSIE Windows: View, Options, then Security), there should be under the Content Advisor section an "Enable" button and a "Settings" button. -Clicking either of these buttons will bring up the "Create Supervisor Password" window so you can enter a new password. Once completed, inside this section allows the specific settings for WWW access and the option to change the Supervisor Password again.
