Yes.  PMDF and MX can do this via built-in mechanisms, and DELIVER can
do this with a little work.  DELIVER is available at ftp.innosoft.com 
for free.  MX is at ftp.spc.edu in [.mx] for free.  PMDF is available
by contacting sales.innosoft.com or reading http://www.innosoft.com
