Article 159012 of comp.os.vms:
   I just built cswing 3.7.5 from wku fileserv with DECC V5.3 and it had 
some errors finding some SMG definitions.  It seems as though these were
taken out of smgdef.h and are now in smgmsg.h.  I had to add an 
#include <smgmsg.h> to swing.c, swing_1.c and swing_12.c to get a clean 
compile.
