HOW TO UNPACK THE FILES
			-----------------------

	All the packages that I distribute here are archived using
	VMSTAR and gzip, and end with `.tar-gz'.  To unpack them,
	you need the executables for GNU zip for VMS and tar for
	VMS.  You can get both from this site:

		gunzip.axp_exe		binary for AXP.
		gunzip.vax_exe		binary for VAX.

		vmstar.axp_exe		binary for AXP.
		vmstar.vax_exe		binary for VAX.

	There might be cases when I'll have to use zip instead of
	tar and GNU zip.  In that case, the packages will end with
	`.zip'.  To unpack those, you'll need UNZIP, and here's where
	you can get it:

		unzip.alpha_exe		binary for AXP.
		unzip.exe		binary for VAX.
