libxml2, Utilities, XML C Library 

This is libxml2 2.6.23, from http://xmlsoft.org/.

libxml2-2_6_23_vms_src.zip contains the source and build files.
You'll need a C compiler.

libxml2-2_6_23_vms_src_obj_exe.zip contains source and build
files, and object and executables for OpenVMS Alpha V7.3-2 and
for OpenVMS I64 circa F8.3.

This is a very early copy of what will end up on the Freeware,
and what is here has NOT been particularly tested.
