That fixed it, although I still get this: %TCPIP-E-CONFIGERROR, error processing configuration request -SYSTEM-F-BADPARAM, bad parameter value I also still can't log in, it takes forever to get the logon box and doesn't accept my username and password. At least the service still keeps running. I'm sure I have an error in smb.conf or something. Thanks for your help.
