Subject: Announcing ht://Dig 3.1.6 Release1 for OpenVMS

After the zlib buffer overflow bug also hit ht://Dig, it was a logical
step to jump to the next stable version on that occasion. Please see
http://www.htdig.org/RELEASE.html for extensions and fixes to the
original version 3.1.6.

ht://Dig for OpenVMS has grown up a bit more in that it now comes as
a PCSI kit. There still is a lot to do in the post-installation phase,
but we're getting there.

The kit is available at (sorry for the wrapping links)
