Time for the next iteration...

I announce release 4 of my port of ht://Dig 3.1.5 for OpenVMS.
This is the first release that really earns the name.

The indexing process itself hasn't been touched this time, but email
notification now is functional, and everything works now if the process
(especially htsearch) has access to the data files only via ACLs (thanks
to Rick and Patrick).

The files at ftp://ftp.pdv-systeme.de/vms/ are (sizes given in blocks)

htdig-3_1_5-vms-rel4.zip         binaries for OpenVMS Alpha V7.2-1H1 (2363)
htdig-3_1_5-vms-data.zip         data files (929)
htdig-3_1_5-vms-rel4-src.zip     source distribution (7315)
htdig-3_1_5-vms-rel4-diff.zip    GNU diff file, taken against the original
                                 Unix 3.1.5 distribution (96)

You'll need UNZIP V5.2 or later to unpack the archives.

Next on the list is a PCSI distribution and, of course, bug fixing.
