Have gotten some further.
I had to use the 19_28 vmsmap.c and vmsgmalloc.c.
Now it dumps, and also seems to read it.

I use mcr []temacs.exe -map temacs.dump to start it.
It seems to loop in init_coding. (malloc related)

New file emacs207_2.bck.gz (just recent files): ca 30M.
