About: GNU Transport Layer Security Library is a library which implements a
secure layer over a reliable transport layer (such as TCP/IP). gnuTLS
currently implements TLS (the Transport Layer Security protocol) and SSL
(Secure Sockets Layer). It is under heavy development, and is available for
testing. 

Changes: Bugs were corrected and non-blocking IO was improved.  Hooks for
using an external database to store sessions was added, as were the usual
cleanups.
