Hi Larry,

Yes, DBL is gone.  ISVs in North America may order equipment by calling 
the program center at 1-800-332-4786.  Select either option 2 (US) or 3 
(Canada), then select the appropriate product.  Your call will be routed 
directly to the purchasing group for that product line.

In the other geographies, ISVs call the program center in that geo.  I 
have a list of them and I believe they are posted on the website.
