This exploit is for win millennium not win2k.  Win millennium is 
the newer version of win98, When file print and sharing are installed
and you do not share any folders there is still one thing shared
by default and without a password that is SCHEDULED TASK !!!!!!

So all you have to do is net use \\victimip\ipc$ and when you search
you network neighborhood for there computer all you will see there
shares if they don't have shares you will still see schedule
task with allows you to schedule any task you want on there computer
at any time
