You'll get the basic results you seek. How you do that is left to your imagination, but it can be done through a DCL procedure, by creating two tag files taht contain the beginning and ending tags and then using the APPEND append to create a new, merged file, or you can even convert the file to PDF, which is what I ended up doing for various reasons...
