Not offhand.  But (at least a couple of years ago) you could log into the 
Exabyte BBS and find out: 303/442-4323.

Once you find out what version you need, you can order direct from Exabyte
(303/442-4333 x3201).  It's a set of two PROMs that you replace on the 
drive...I last did this in ~92 and it was about $125 for the firmware upgrade. 
It's important to check first with the mfgr of your interface card to see what 
will work best with the interface.
