ftp.service.digital.com has patches available to U.S. customers.
I don't know whether they're fair game for non-U.S. customers. I didn't
see anything that looked like VMSRMS_02; there's a VAXRMS08 for V5.5-2
(implied by your .U2055) that deals with RMS Journalling.

     ftp://ftp.service.digital.com/patches/Readmes/vms/
     ftp://ftp.service.digital.com/pub/vms/vax/v5.5-2/

Or probably better to start with

     http://www.service.digital.com/html/patch_service.html

According to the web page, the set of publicly accessible patches is
only a subset of those that are available to sites with service contracts.
