No, the information is only in the lock value block of the device locks. All the
device locks for a particular device are checked for the MNT bit in the
value block. This total is used as the mount count displayed by SHOW DEV.

Fun stuff to do, though. I refer you to [.CLIUTL.LIS]SHODEVCLU.LIS, which is
the code that gathers this sort of ephemera.
