I think Carl Lydick answered this question just the other day, and I *know*
I answered it in my previous E-mail response to your original question.
Once again, the package you want is CMU-OpenVMS/IP (a.k.a. CMUIP, CMU/IP,
and CMU/Tek). You can get it via anonymous ftp at csus.edu (130.86.90.1)
in /pub/cmuip, or at sacusr.mp.usbr.gov (140.214.12.2) in [CMUIP066...].
The files at sacusr appear to be more up-to-date. Since your system does
not currently have ftp capability, you'll have to find one that does in
order to do the download.
