What turned up on the CD was a commercial product, giving a WEB page that you could get prices from (not cheap). What you got for free was the command line interface to the product, which given that the product's main advantage was the ability to use WEB browsers is pretty useless, and obviously just a ploy to get free distribution from Digital.
