Subject: OpenVMS Hardware POR June, 1997

Attached is the updated OpenVMS Hardware Plan Of Record for your information.
The OpenVMS POR is published on a monthly basis by the following 10
categories
	1. OpenVMS Releases POR: Susan Lindeberg (STAR::SLINDEBERG)
	2. OpenVMS Systems Support POR: Jim Janetos (STAR::JANETOS)
	3. OpenVMS Storage Adapter & Controller Support POR: Pat St.Laurent
							     (STAR::ST_LAURENT)
	4. OpenVMS Storage Subsystems Support POR: Joe Schuster (STAR::SCHUSTER)
	5. OpenVMS Storage Components Support POR: Pat St.Laurent
	6. OpenVMS Clusters Adapter Support POR: Joe Schuster
| 7. OpenVMS Network Adapters Support POR: Pat St. Laurent
	8. OpenVMS Graphics Component Support POR: TBD
| 9. OpenVMS Miscellaneous Device Support POR: Pat St. Laurent
	10. OpenVMS Systems License Unit Requirements Table
(LURT) Entries POR: Dave Maryanski (STAR::MARYANSKI)

The following is the Plan of Record for OpenVMS support on both Alpha AXP and
VAX systems. To make reading the report easier each section ends with a
summary of changes since the last report and open issues.

Please be aware that the information in this document is dynamic and subject
to change. Earlier publications should be considered obsolete and deleted or
replaced by this new publication. If there are any questions regarding
corrections or additions please forward them to the appropriate person.

Note that lines of text which have changed in this issue are preceeded with
a `|' change bar.

Please note that the Device Target FRS date listed is in reference to the
inital FRS of the product only, without reference to any specific O/S support
date. The date for OpenVMS support should be referenced to the release
ship date. This POR structure allowed the ability to highlight any
differences in schedules between the hardware and O/S support.

As an example:
The KZPSA "Device Target FRS date" is February 1995.
This Storage adapter shipped at FRS with DEC UNIX support.
The KZPSA is first supported in the OpenVMS V6.2 (ZETA) release, which
		FRS'd in May 1995.
Therefore, KZPSA support in OpenVMS started in May 1995.
