I'm not sure they DCG still has them in stock, but check out:

The lowest price is $1500 for a AlphaStation 200 4/166.  It is not
entirely obvious from that page whether you have to pay extra for DEC
UNIX.  If so, it would probably cost more than the box... ;-)
