The miscellaneous module of Kronos provides sample jobs that didn't fit in
elsewhere.

FALL_BACK       - Set the system clock for standard time.

NOTIFY          - Stub job used to notify system users of a problem; it is
incorporated into other jobs.

SPRING_FORWARD  - Set the systemn clock for daylight savings time.
