	Here is the announcement for the new version of VMSTPC.  It might be
a good idea to include it on the SIG tape if it not already.

I just found out that the version of VMSTPC for anonymous ftp on 
ftp.utoledo.edu is a bit out of date. A new version has been placed
there in [pub.vmstpc]. The files are also available by sending an
interactive bitnet message to vmsserv@uoft02:

	$ send vmsserv@uoft02 vmsdump vmstpc.c

and via mail to vmsserv@uoft02.utoledo.edu with the text

	send vmsstpc.c
