Subj:	Final distribution of upgraded SPELL

I have completed the changes to SPELL, and am now about to post its 13 
parts to:

	Glenn Everhart (on the off-chance he can fit it on a VAX SIG 
			tape - I know I'm late...)
	vmsnet.sources
	my 3 \beta testers

I will also shortly be offering it to the tex.ac.uk archive (a member of 
the maintenance team suggested it was a good idea to do so).

Explanations, etc., are to be found in the two README files in the new 
distribution.

Note that I'm shortly to be given the boot by Laser-Scan (i.e., I was
made redundant on Monday), so that my lsl.co.uk address may not remain 
stable.

I am negotiating with the University for the cl.cam.ac.uk address to 
remain (I know no reason why they should refuse - it was an ad hominem 
account in the first place), so mail to me about SPELL should be 
addressed there.

Ho hum...
