This is a list of the improvements which are planned for the DOC_STATS program. 
Please check this list before contacting me to suggest improvements.

1. System service calls to get the necessary dates instead of prompting for
   them.
2. Include the date the program was run in the output file heading.
3. Include the column headings on each page of the output file.
4. Better comments and code restructuring.
