To assemble and link the utility:

	$ MACRO ENCRYPT
	$ LINK ENCRYPT

You will need to edit the .CLD file to point DCL to the correct directory
containing ENCRYPT.EXE. Modify the line that says

	IMAGE your_directory:ENCRYPT.EXE

to replace the correct directory.

The syntax of the command is

	ENCRYPT file1[,file2...] keyname
